You retain ownership of the content you post on Temrus, but you grant Temrus a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your content in connection with the Service.
2.2. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
2.3. Temrus reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, in Temrus's sole discretion.

4.1. The Temrus name, logo, and other trademarks and service marks are the property of Temrus. You may not use these trademarks without the prior written consent of Temrus.
4.2. You agree not to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others while using the Service.
5.1. You agree not to:
(a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
(b) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service;
(c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or accounts of other users;
(d) harass, abuse, or harm other users;
(e) engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
6.1. Temrus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.
6.2. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
7.1. Temrus may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
